Tori Lock
Level 3 Internal Family Systems Practitioner, working online internationally & in-person in Oeiras, Lisbon.
My Story:
Originally from New Zealand, I’ve lived in Europe since 2016. After studying Education Sciences in Berlin and a career in Learning & Leadership Development in the tech industry, I trained as an IFS practitioner in 2021. As a highly-sensitive person (HSP), I was drawn to IFS for how it places mindfulness, self-compassion and systems thinking at the centre the healing process. It was a relief to train in a modality that didn’t focus on pathology or ‘corrective’ interventions. I believe deeply in the potential of this work to transform lives and the way we all coexist together.
My Work:
I’m dedicated to best practice and take part in regular peer consultation groups and supervision, not to mention my own personal IFS sessions.
